As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for: * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions * Designing and implementing data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to inform business decisions * Developing and maintaining data quality, accuracy, and integrity standards * Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights * Creating actionable recommendations based on data analysis * Providing exceptional client support and ensuring high-quality service delivery * Working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions **Key Responsibilities:** * Aids the development and implementation of creative data visualization techniques to ensure information is presented in meaningful and interpretable formats for all audience levels * Aids the development and execution of innovative analytical and measurement philosophies and supporting tools for assessing organizational processes, business issues, or potential return on investment of products and services * Teams up with record groups and contracting to identify and segregate fluctuations resulting from over/under payment practices and considering these into actual to-anticipated results * Aids the development and maintenance of an automated process to identify data and interaction integrity issues. Provides authority with detailed recommendations for issue resolution. Identifies both upstream and downstream effects of recognized issues and fully communicates with any affected parties * Aids the development of convenient, creative, objective analysis which leads to truth-based answers for critical business issues. Identifies, understands, and drives issue definition and hypothesis development as it relates to the specific business environment. Orchestrates remotely partnered data with internal expertise * Plans standard and ad-hoc service reports and presentations for projects. Uses query-based tools to create and run queries used for data mining and analysis to support other work responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks * Performs specific tasks identified in the compliance monitoring system to include assessment of definitions, cost increase maintenance, and organization ID * Provides client support to internal and external clients, including satisfying quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction * Works cross-functionally with peers in Sales, Finance, Regulation, Contracting, and Contract Management **Essential Capabilities:** * Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to aid the development of processes and project designs that meet division objectives within budget and established timelines * Experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal (peers, colleagues, and leadership) and external (business community, clients, and vendors) within a matrix organization to ensure quality standards for service * Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal oversight, relying on oneself to determine issues to ensure completed goals and it is necessary to determine when acceleration of issues * Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/coordinating and tracking details and meeting time constraints of multiple projects with varying completion dates * Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing methodologies to resolve issues * Experience with examining and reporting data to identify issues, patterns, or anomalies for driving improvement of results and finding solutions * High-level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using Normal function, combining and focusing cells, printing focused page, and creating a pivot table) * High-level ability in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., changing picture styles, altering animation, and setting automatic slide timings) * High-level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., adding engineer tab, creating a footer, designing table style, embedding comments, or creating a mail merge) **Preferred Capabilities:** * Graduate degree * Four-year certification in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Systems * Knowledge of advanced coding languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, C++, etc.) * Experience with system implementation (e.g., Master, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis, etc.) * Experience with business intelligence tools alongside data analysis (e.g., Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, Master, etc.) * Experience with teach, coach, and train staff * Knowledge of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Manager, Benefit Consultancy, or Managed Care organization * Experience with working with pharmacy data at a retail pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Manager, benefit consultancy, or managed care organization * Knowledge of pharmacy industry pricing * Experience with project management (e.g., planning, coordinating, and overseeing resources to achieve the effective completion of specific project objectives and goals) * Knowledge of systems like Cure and GIS * Experience with data extraction, data mining, data acquisition, data profiling, and data warehouse management * Experience in a data warehouse/business intelligence/decision support network environment or IT experience * Knowledge of statistical concepts and data mining methods **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative organization * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Professional development and growth opportunities * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and analytical individual with a passion for data-driven insights, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
