As a Quality Control Norms Information Expert Understudy, you will be responsible for utilizing data to drive business decisions, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions to enhance our operations. You will work closely with our team to analyze complex data, identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable insights to support our business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in timely data collection, validation, and driver analysis on data components. * Help create and present results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Assist in examining ad-hoc requests arising from emerging support issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities. * Present insights, patterns, and potential proposals by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the applicable marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding. * Help create and disseminate specific questions to pull and arrange data from different sources, outlining the rhythm, and approving the need of the information requirements. * Recognize irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the Group. * Assess effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors. * Ensure that a compliance outlook is at the forefront of every decision. * May perform other work duties as directed by Group Leader. **Essential Qualifications** * Involved ability to gather, organize, and analyze large amounts of data with care and accuracy. * Ability to effectively listen, understand, and communicate thoughts and present written, verbal, or presentation delivered to groups of varying sizes. * Ability to review business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and decipher resulting measurements. * Should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Familiarity with data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, is preferred. * Ability to figure out the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide proposals using logic and reasoning. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure support/group environment. * Ability to focus on responsibilities successfully and be an autonomous thinker. * Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework is preferred. * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data appropriately. * Ability to plan and support large business initiatives. **Preferred Qualifications** * Past internship experience in a related field is preferred. * Familiarity with data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, is preferred. * Ability to use PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications is preferred. * Familiarity with data mining and machine learning techniques is preferred. **Work Environment and Company Culture** blithequark is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and growth.
