**Job Summary**

As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will work closely with our Quality Control team to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements. You will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and analyzing large datasets with precision and accuracy. Your findings will inform business decisions, drive innovation, and support our company's objectives of maintaining low costs, modernizing operations, and improving compliance.

**Responsibilities and Expectations**

As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

* Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control team in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components.
* Helping to create and present results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders.
* Assisting in exploring ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and providing logical answers to enable Senior Leaders to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities.
* Presenting insights, patterns, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding.
* Helping to create and disseminate specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements.
* Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the team.
* Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors.
* Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision.
* May perform other work duties as directed by Group Leader.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A strong ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets with precision and accuracy.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
* The ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or QuickBase.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and provide recommendations.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
* Experience with PowerPoint to create presentations for verbal communications is a plus.
* Past internship, capstone projects, or research coursework in a related field is a plus.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
* The ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
