**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on paid media or marketing analytics
* Strong understanding of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
