Job Description We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at Disney Music Group (DMG). As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for driving business insights and decision-making across various departments within DMG. Your expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and communication skills will enable you to effectively translate complex data into actionable recommendations that inform business strategies and drive growth. Key Responsibilities * Drive data-driven approaches to tackle complex business challenges through data creation, analysis, and statistical modeling. * Foster a deep understanding of customer behavior within music marketing, discovery, and usage channels. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven strategies to drive growth. * Develop and maintain advanced statistical models to analyze large-scale datasets and identify trends and patterns. * Communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise, and compelling narratives. * Work closely with design and product teams to implement data-driven projects and drive business outcomes. * Lead and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise in data analysis and business acumen. Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering. * 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical modeling and data visualization. * Proven track record of creating data-driven insights and recommendations that inform business strategies and drive growth. * Experience working with large-scale datasets and developing advanced statistical models to analyze complex data. * Strong understanding of data mining, quantitative analysis, and data visualization techniques. * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, with experience working with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
