You will collaborate with colleagues to develop analysis and tools that enable a deep understanding of customer behaviors within music marketing, discovery, and usage channels. **Key Responsibilities:** * Gain, organize, purify, and control modern, large-scale, high-layered data from various original sources using tools like PySpark and advanced SQL. * Build automated, adaptable, repeatable, and integrated analysis involving current large data structures in data ecosystems, such as Databricks, Snowflake, Google BigQuery. * Apply refined analysis techniques (data mining, statistical analysis, AI) to identify patterns and reveal opportunities in social data. * Lead campaign, product, satisfied, and crowd analysis for organizational needs. Create and track key metrics to measure success. * Collaborate with Designing and Product groups to complete data projects, contributing to product discovery, design, build, and QA. * Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders. **Essential Qualifications:** * 2 years of analytical experience or equivalent blend of education and experience * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, including Statistics, Math, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related quantitative fields. * Familiarity with directed and self-directed learning methods * Proficient in using pre-processing tools like PySpark/Python/R and SQL. * Familiarity with data analysis and representation tools. * Strong time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple priorities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in applying directed and self-directed learning methods, such as direct and calculated regression, decision trees, or k-means clustering to determine, validate, and measure outcomes from the data. * Experience reporting data requirements, rules, and assumptions * Experience data mining in distributed systems like Databricks/Google BigQuery/Snowflake. * Experience controlling large, exchange-level datasets and deciphering data patterns from different dissimilar data sources * An interest in music or potentially media industry data! * Knowledge of music real-time features (Spotify, Apple, Amazon Music, YouTube), social media platforms (TikTok, FB/Instagram) and new innovations (digital assistants/voice). * Graduate degree in a quantitative field, including Statistics, Math, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related quantitative fields. **Work Environment and Company Culture:** arenaflex is known for its commitment to diversity and inclusion and often promotes a positive and inclusive work environment culture.
