**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of our inventory network insights and business intelligence capabilities. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities**

* Execute existing reporting and analytical tasks (30%):
+ Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision-making
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and develop solutions
+ Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and analytics
* Use data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests (20%):
+ Design and implement data visualizations to communicate complex insights
+ Develop and maintain data models and databases to support analytics
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven insights
* Ensure the quality of work output by demonstrating a keen attention to detail (20%):
+ Review and validate data quality and accuracy
+ Identify and address data quality issues
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data quality improvement plans
* Foster additional technical capabilities and domain expertise within the analytics team (20%):
+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for skill development and knowledge sharing
+ Develop and maintain a culture of continuous learning and improvement
* Present findings in easily understood ways, focusing on how the data analysis fits into the bigger picture (10%):
+ Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions
+ Ensure timely and accurate delivery of analytics and insights

**Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports**

This position reports to a Supervisor.

This position has no Immediate Reports.

**Travel Requirements**

Regularly requires occasional travel under 10% of the time.

**Physical Requirements**

Mostly spent sitting in a comfortable position, with continuous opportunities to move about. Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light objects.

**Working Conditions**

Located in a comfortable indoor environment. Any disturbing circumstances would be rare and not objectionable.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Work experience with SQL Server, Teradata, Prophet, or similar data set frameworks
* 2 years of work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, evaluating, and estimating
* Prior direct involvement in analyzing the significant topic (e.g., Inventory network, Marketing, Projects, etc.)
* B.S. in Software engineering, Math, Designing, Finance, or related quantitative field
