About the Role We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Insights-Driven Content Development team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions and inform content development strategies. Key Responsibilities Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions and content development strategies. Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and untapped content opportunities. Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions. Streamline our content release and episode delivery process to optimize engagement and retention. Test and optimize marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention. Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic decisions. Provide ad-hoc analysis support to stakeholders to drive business growth and success. Effectively communicate complex insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI methods. Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data mining techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience working with large-scale data sets and cloud-based data platforms. Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques. Experience with data governance and data quality assurance.
