**Job Summary**
We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation, Content Development team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for applying advanced data analysis techniques to drive business decisions and inform our content development strategies. You'll work closely with our content team to analyze client behavior, identify trends, and develop data-driven insights to inform our marketing and distribution strategies. **Key Responsibilities**
* Apply advanced data analysis techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions and drive content development strategies
* Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and untapped content opportunities
* Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform procurement decisions
* Streamline our content launch and episode release process to optimize engagement and retention
* Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
* Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
* Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI methods
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and Python programming languages
* Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques (e.g., decision trees, regression, clustering)
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems
* Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
* Experience with agile project management methodologies
* Passion for media and entertainment
