**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Healthcare Quality Improvement Program**

As a Senior Examination Designer, you'll work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of data experts, BI engineers, framework chairs, and data clients to deliver execution experiences across arenaflex Health. Your primary responsibilities will include: **Key Responsibilities** * Directs the delivery of arenaflex Health data and insights drives and projects * Upholds long-term and ad-hoc data ETL and data warehousing exercises to meet arenaflex Health reporting and analysis expectations * Plans, develops, and deploys layered data sets and data pipelines to support reporting and analysis projects * Creates data organizing and pre-handling principles for populating valid and accurate data models attached to report-specific working tables for both project business intelligence and pre-defined reporting arrangements * Applies data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large data repositories from various internal arenaflex production system sources and external documents * Performs data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare data collections (e.g., patient segmentation, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS documents) * Developing internal tools for automation of all development-related activities (data handling, QA, data approval, etc.) **Essential Capabilities** * Demonstrated, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts * Experience designing and deploying intelligently isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services that include but are not limited to Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake * Experience providing thought leadership and presenting instrument-agnostic semantic data layer enhancements connected with BI technology stage like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker * Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal stakeholders, clients, and vendor partners * At least 2 years of experience contributing to business decisions in the workplace * At least 2 years of direct management, aberrant leadership, and/or cross-functional team leadership * Ability to travel up to/no less than 5% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state) **Favored Capabilities** * Data ManagementCertified Analytics Professional (CAP) * Knowledge of pharmacy, healthcare, and clinical research concepts * Experience with data visualization tools and technologies **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
