**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics at arenaflex**

Our team is passionate about innovation, creativity, and collaboration, and we're always looking for talented individuals to join our mission. **Job Summary** As our Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll lead our Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and eliminating malicious actors, while also driving business growth through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to develop and implement strategies that prevent abuse, improve user experience, and drive revenue growth. If you're a seasoned data expert with a passion for innovation and collaboration, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities** * Lead the Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and eliminating malicious actors, including account takeovers, spam, and commitment abuse * Develop and implement strategies to prevent abuse, improve user experience, and drive revenue growth * Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Product Management, Design, and Engineering, to develop and implement solutions * Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) * Work with the Business Intelligence team to develop and implement data-driven solutions * Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the Adversarial Abuse team * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Product Management, Design, and Engineering **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) * 4+ years of experience in a related field, including data analysis, data science, or a related field * 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, including team management and strategic guidance * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends and insights * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners * Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools * Experience with programming languages, including Python, R, or similar languages * Experience with data management tools, including SQL, NoSQL, or similar tools **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) * 2+ years of experience in a related field, including data analysis, data science, or a related field * Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques * Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and text analysis * Experience with data visualization tools, including D3.js, Matplotlib, or similar tools * Experience with cloud-based platforms, including AWS, GCP, or similar platforms **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading video-sharing platform * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a seasoned data expert with a passion for innovation and collaboration, we want to hear from you.
