**Enterprise Data Strategy & Risk Management**

The Enterprise Data Strategy & Risk Management team at arenaflex is responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive business growth and risk management excellence. Our team works closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and to develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Enterprise Data Strategy & Risk Management, you will be responsible for:

* Supporting the development of innovative and impactful data strategies that drive business growth and risk management excellence
* Analyzing complex data sets to identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven solutions
* Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
* Reviewing and analyzing data quality, insurance, and freshness to ensure data accuracy and integrity
* Developing and implementing data visualization and reporting tools to support business decision-making
* Collaborating with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics
* Supporting the development of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity
* Collaborating with IT teams to develop and implement data infrastructure and architecture

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis and data science, with a focus on financial services or risk management
* Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and R
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics, with a focus on risk management and credit risk
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization
