**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Data Science and Business Intelligence**

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex data systems, analyzing large datasets, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with our data science team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Run unconditional exploratory data analysis to identify novel ideas and opportunities * Plan and run A/B tests of our latest recommendation algorithms * Proactively monitor our recommendation models to identify potential issues, determine underlying drivers, and resolve * Develop new tools that enable us to be more efficient and productive * Work closely and build effective relationships with our product, design, and AI partners * Communicate key insights and recommendations to cross-functional senior leaders across the organization **What You'll Need:** * A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering * Investigation or Data Science experience with e-commerce organizations is a plus * In-depth knowledge of SQL (total capabilities, query optimization, stored procedures, string parsing, Vertica/Hive/Voila/Flash, etc.) * In-depth knowledge of Python and Python libraries (Jupyter Notebook, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, etc.) * Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis to drive business decisions, highly preferred * Familiarity with AI algorithms/methods (decision trees, random forests, deep learning, etc.) within a business setting, highly preferred * Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative attitude * Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with partners * Demonstrated history of taking ownership and driving results * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and technical abilities alongside critical thinking skills **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly rate of $24/hour * Opportunity to work with a talented team of data scientists, AI engineers, and product managers * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth * Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off **About arenaflex:** arenaflex is a leading e-commerce company that's revolutionizing the way people shop for home goods and furniture.
