**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination, Content team. As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions, identify untapped opportunities, and optimize our content portfolio. **Key Responsibilities**

* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
* Analyze user behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped user needs and undiscovered content opportunities
* Forecast content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
* Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy
* Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
* Provide ad-hoc analytical support to partners to drive business growth
* Effectively communicate insights and recommendations through compelling data storytelling across the organization

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and data visualization
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python
* Experience with machine learning algorithms: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
* Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
* Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
