* Working closely with the Mosaic team to develop new data sources and enhance existing datasets
**What You'll Need for Success**

* A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)
* At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on contact center operations and analytics
* Strong experience with data extraction, manipulation, and analysis using tools like SQL, SAS, and Access
