We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to lead our consumer data collection and activation efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for gathering, managing, and utilizing first-party consumer data across our digital ecosystem. Your expertise will help us drive customer commitment, loyalty, and retention across various digital channels.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for gathering, managing, and utilizing first-party consumer data across our digital ecosystem
* Design and enhance data collection structures, including website cookies, customer sign-ups, surveys, and other online interactions, to capture valuable consumer insights
* Investigate opportunities for data enrichment through external sources to improve consumer profiles and segmentation
* Define and execute customized customer journeys across digital channels, ensuring consistency and relevance
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align first-party consumer data collection and activation strategies with business objectives
* Foster a collaborative environment that encourages information sharing and cross-functional collaboration
* Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure data collection practices comply with data protection regulations and industry standards
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, marketing, statistics)
* 8-12 years of experience in digital customer engagement or CRM leadership roles
* Proven track record of driving customer commitment and loyalty through data-driven strategies
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business goals into actionable customer engagement strategies
