As a remote data analyst, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of business operations and financial analysis. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our Preparation and Conveyance Activities group. As an Information Investigator II, you'll be responsible for executing, streamlining, and normalizing our association's expense and asset distribution models. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions. If you're a detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for data analysis, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal groups and functional partners * Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization * Support internal business work processes, such as administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning * Work with various data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and emergency response * Archive work processes connected with key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes * Collaborate with Data Architects and system designers to support documentation and execution of data set plans * Develop vital dynamic structures and write scripts that help us automate and expand * Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and making compelling storytelling for executive audiences * Support Planning and Conveyance Activities with impromptu demands from our partners **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or technical fields * Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, or Software Engineering * Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet * Understanding of social data set plan and capability * Strong math and analytical skills * Proven self-starter with solid critical thinking, unwavering discernment, and conveying abilities * Successful collaboration and time management skills * Ability to carry areas of strength for a to detail, with a capacity to make a step back and grasp the master plan * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Demonstrated ability to work with design delivery teams to examine technical ideas * Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a technical field * Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, QlikView, or D3.js * Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques * Experience with cloud-based data platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure * Certification in data analysis or related field **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team * Flexible remote work arrangement * Professional development and growth opportunities * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented data analyst with a passion for innovation, we want to hear from you.
