As a remote data analyst, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about using data to drive business success. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our Preparation and Conveyance Activities group within the Business Tasks bunch. As an Information Investigator II, you'll play a critical role in the execution, streamlining, and normalization of our association's expense and asset distribution models. You'll be responsible for managing, analyzing, and documenting data that informs our business operations, resource allocation, and cost assignments. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal groups and functional partners * Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization * Support internal business work processes, including administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning * Work with various data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to meet business needs, research, and resolve metrics-based issues * Archive work processes related to key cycles, data collection, and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes * Collaborate with Data Architects and system designers to support documentation and executions of data set plans * Build vital dynamic structures and write scripts that help us automate and expand * Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and making compelling storytelling for executive audiences * Support Planning and Conveyance Activities with impromptu demands from our partners **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or technical fields * Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, or Software Engineering * Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet * Understanding of social data set plan and capability * Strong math and analytical skills * Proven self-starter with solid critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills * Successful collaboration and time management skills * Ability to carry attention to detail, with a capacity to step back and grasp the bigger picture * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Demonstrated ability to work with design delivery teams to explore technical ideas * Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a technical field * Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, D3.js, or Matplotlib * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud * Certification in data analysis, data science, or related fields * Experience with agile project management methodologies **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team * Flexible remote work arrangement * Professional development and growth opportunities * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented data analyst with a passion for storytelling with numbers, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
