**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* **Leading Data-Driven Initiatives**: You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design data-driven solutions, and implement them using advanced analytics and data visualization tools.
* **Data Analysis and Interpretation**: You'll dive deep into complex data sets, uncovering insights and patterns that inform business decisions and drive growth.
* **Communication and Collaboration**: You'll work with stakeholders at all levels, from senior management to technical teams, to ensure that data-driven insights are effectively communicated and acted upon.
* **Data Governance and Quality**: You'll ensure that data is accurate, complete, and consistent, and that data governance processes are in place to maintain data quality.
* **Technical Leadership**: You'll lead the development of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data visualization tools, and mentor junior team members to ensure technical excellence.
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field**
* **4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science, with 3+ years in a Fortune 500 organization**
* **1+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights**
* **Master's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, or related field**
* **Advanced SQL skills, with experience working with large datasets**
* **Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply**
* **Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior management and technical teams**
* **Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines**
