Our team is comprised of talented individuals from diverse backgrounds and industries, united by a shared passion for making a meaningful impact. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in the execution, streamlining, and normalization of arenaflex's expense and asset distribution models. You'll be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions, optimize processes, and drive strategic growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of arenaflex's business intelligence and operations capabilities. **Key Responsibilities** * Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to arenaflex's internal groups and functional partners * Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization * Support internal business work processes, including administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning * Work with various data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and emergency response * Archive work processes related to key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes * Collaborate with Data Architects and system designers to support documentation and execution of data set plans * Develop vital dynamic structures and write scripts that help automate and enhance data analysis * Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and creating compelling storytelling for executive audiences * Support Planning and Delivery Activities with impromptu demands from our partners **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or technical fields * Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, or Software Engineering * Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet * Understanding of data set plan and capability * Strong math and analytical skills * Proven self-starter with solid critical thinking, unwavering discernment, and exceptional direction * Successful collaboration and time management skills * Ability to carry areas of strength for detail, with a capacity to make a step back and grasp the master plan * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Demonstrated ability to work with design delivery teams to examine technical ideas * Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a technical field * Experience working with data visualization tools like Power BI, D3.js, or Matplotlib * Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git * Certification in data analysis, data science, or business intelligence * Experience working with cloud-based data platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Opportunities for career advancement and leadership development **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented individual who is passionate about data analysis and business intelligence, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
