As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting business growth through data analysis, investigation, and knowledge sharing. Your expertise will help us answer critical questions about the performance of various sign-up and trade streams, identify trends in structured and unstructured data, and develop recommendations to improve business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** * Construct comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provide critical support to business activities and decision-making for the sign-up and trade item spaces. * Answer business questions and provide expert knowledge on various trade streams on D+ and Hulu to improve customer experiences and increase conversions. * Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of demonstrative solutions, and deliver exceptional data experiences and products. * Utilize data representation tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data. * Apply statistical and inferential measures (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Component Analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business impact across the organization. **Essential Qualifications** * Unwavering passion, high intellectual and analytical pull, and an enthusiastic pursuit of data-driven experiences and business results. * A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering). * 5+ years of professional experience as an analyst in an information and analytics space with exceptional SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance enhancement, and working with data at scale. * Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from ambiguous requirements, to a successful story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a tangible business outcome. * Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and technical partners.
