**Key Responsibilities**
As a data analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Developing and maintaining complex data models and dashboards to support business decision-making
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven strategies
* Analyzing large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
* Working with data science teams to develop and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics

* Developing and maintaining data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity
**Essential Capabilities**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, mathematics, statistics, or computer science
* High-level experience in SQL and at least one industry-standard data analysis and visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
