As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and optimize business processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provide critical support to business initiatives and decision-making * Answer business questions and provide expert knowledge on various business streams on D+ and Hulu to enhance customer experiences and drive conversions * Advance the scientific capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products * Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data * Apply statistical methods (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business impact across the organization **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering) * 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in an analytics and data science space with expertise in SQL, Python, or R for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with large datasets * Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements to a compelling story, open to diverse audiences, and ultimately to a clear business outcome * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners * Ability to present to senior leadership **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a scientific field * Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc. * Experience with marketing landing pages, join channels, and business spaces * Ability to identify and properly escalate issues to management * Counseling background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience * Strong motivation and ability to work independently * Exceptional written and oral communication skills * Humor and creativity * Unique interests or areas of passion that influence the way you interact with others and approach your work **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25 * Flexible, part-time schedule with 8 hours of work per week * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and analytical individual with a passion for data-driven insights, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
