As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and optimize operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provide critical support to business operations and decision-making for our sign-up and trade item spaces. * Answer business-critical questions and provide expert insights on various trade streams on D+ and Hulu to enhance the customer experience and drive growth. * Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of diagnostic solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products. * Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data. * Leverage statistical and inferential analytics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Component Analysis, etc.) to understand partner behavior/value and drive impact across the business. **What You'll Bring** * Unbridled curiosity, high academic and scientific aptitude, and an enthusiastic pursuit of data-driven insights and business results. * A Four-year degree in a scientific field * 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in an information and analytics space with excellent SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance enhancement, and working with data at scale. * Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc. * Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from ambiguous requirements, to a successful story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a tangible business outcome. * Fantastic interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners. Ability to present to senior leadership. **Nice to Haves** * Master's degree in a scientific field * Shown data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc. * Knowledge of marketing landing pages, sign-up pipe, and trade spaces * Ability to identify and effectively address issues to leadership * Counseling background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience * Strong motivation and ability to work independently * Remarkable written and oral communication skills * Humor.
