**About the Role**
As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
* **Analyzing complex data sets**: Utilize your expertise in SQL, Python, or R to extract insights from large datasets, identify trends, and develop data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions.
* **Developing data visualizations**: Leverage tools like Matplotlib, Scene, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, and others to create engaging and informative data visualizations that tell a story and drive business outcomes.
* **Conducting in-depth analysis**: Employ statistical techniques, such as t-tests, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, regression, and principal component analysis, to identify patterns and relationships in data.
* **Collaborating with stakeholders**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, develop solutions, and communicate findings through clear and concise reports and presentations.
* **Staying up-to-date with industry trends**: Continuously update your skills and knowledge to stay current with the latest developments in data analysis, business intelligence, and analytics.
**What You'll Bring**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field**: Such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
* **3+ years of experience as a data analyst**: With a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and analytics.
* **Expertise in SQL, Python, or R**: With experience working with complex data sets, developing data visualizations, and conducting in-depth analysis.
* **Strong communication and interpersonal skills**: Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicate complex ideas simply, and present findings to senior leadership.
