**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team and help drive business growth through data-driven insights. As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex data systems, as well as analyzing and interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and maintain complex data systems, including data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes
* Analyze and interpret large datasets to inform business decisions, including identifying trends, patterns, and correlations
* Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, product managers, and engineers, to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
* Develop and maintain data pipelines, including ETL processes, data quality checks, and data validation
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, big data, and artificial intelligence
* Mentor and train junior team members on data analysis and visualization best practices
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
* Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
* Experience with machine learning, natural language processing, or other advanced analytics techniques
* Strong understanding of data security, data privacy, and data compliance
* Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and train junior team members
