As a company, we are committed to connecting people to what's important to their lives through friendly, reliable, and low-cost air travel. **Job Summary** The Full Stack Data Analyst will play a critical role in enabling arenaflex to achieve its purpose by working closely with our Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence teams to deploy, implement, and maintain data accuracy, and reveal data drift. This position serves as an intermediate-level internal consultant, responsible for riding the end-to-end life cycle of data control on various systems, volumes, variety, and speed of data. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to constantly develop their expertise and contribute to the future of arenaflex. **Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Driving complex self-service data integration tasks that bring together data from disparate sources to make it available to business clients, including data scientists, analysts, and analytic users * Driving casual groups to use advanced data integration methodologies and tools to large data units to create solutions that can be applied in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics * Driving interaction with functional leaders across multiple and concurrent tasks * Driving components and communication of solutions and options * Serving as a subject matter expert for data assets and monitoring the ongoing effectiveness of data assets in use by business clients in self-service environments * Supporting the ongoing development of the arenaflex data technology center and community * May perform other task responsibilities as directed by Employee's Leaders **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Intermediate knowledge of both inductive and deductive reasoning and problem-solving approaches * Intermediate knowledge in comparing and applying suitable data analytics and statistical methods for a business problem * Intermediate knowledge of obtaining and ingesting data in both relational and non-SQL databases * Intermediate knowledge in integrating, storing, and processing large quantities of data necessary for analysis and modeling * Skilled in one or more data programming languages and open-source tools * Skilled in one or more data integration and business intelligence tools * Skilled in technology systems and architectures relevant to developing and maintaining self-service data assets * Skilled in essential thinking and project management skills * Ability to communicate in an engaging manner with strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences * Ability to adapt well to a lot of conditions and alter approaches/techniques if necessary to efficiently and effectively meet objectives **Education** * Required: Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Computer or Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields of study; or equivalent degree experience **Experience** Advanced degree experience, pro and specialized knowledge in: * Data analysis, advanced analytics, data technology, tool mastering, artificial intelligence, or optimization project experience * Data pipeline, data technology and/or applicable programming * Visualization and presentation development and delivery * Solving ambiguous and complex problems through systems thinking approach * Preferred: Experience with AWS – Sage Maker, Model Monitor, Redshift, DynamoDB, Aurora * Preferred: Experience with Python, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Teradata, Oracle, Postgress Database, NOSQL, Linux, GitLab, CloudWatch, Quicksight **Benefits You'll Love** As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will enjoy: * Fly for free, as a privilege, on any open seat on all Southwest flights (your eligible dependents too) * Up to a 9.3% 401(k) Company match, dollar for dollar, of your eligible pay, per paycheck * Potential for annual Profit Sharing contribution towards retirement – while Southwest profits, you profit **Why Join arenaflex?** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer.
