Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI and Excel to support business decision making
Create and implement data quality standards and controls to ensure data integrity and accessibility
Manage and develop new data pipelines from source systems to the Data Warehouse
Collaborate with stakeholders, including Monitoring and Business Analysts, to understand business needs and develop solutions
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data architectures
Utilize data storytelling principles to create clear and impactful data visualizations using Power BI
Help automate existing business functions and improve exception-based reporting
Partner with IT and business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and acquire new data variables (data mining)
Analyze large datasets to identify relevant patterns and provide actionable insights
Validate data for accuracy and completeness, and remediate data errors
Participate in the Data Governance program by updating the data dictionary and policies & procedures
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
2+ years of experience performing comprehensive data analysis
Strong experience working with Power BI, including creating dashboards, reports, and data models
Proficiency in DAX, SQL, and M Code
Experience with ETL tools, such as SSIS, Power BI Dataflows, or other Big Data integrations
Strong data modeling experience using star schema or other methodologies
Problem-solving skills with statistical analysis and large data sets
Experience with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), Power BI, and Power Query
Experience with Smartsheets
Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines and deliver results
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
Experience working in a remote team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
