As a Key Information Researcher, you'll be responsible for directing the creation, implementation, and maintenance of data analysis and AI model development for our attractions. You'll work closely with internal partners to deliver exceptional visitor experiences through intelligent and data-driven systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with colleagues to drive the development of AI and machine learning methodologies and identify areas where business challenges can be addressed creatively using AI. * Lead and work with cross-functional teams of experts and data scientists to implement and scale AI solutions that create magical experiences for our visitors and push the boundaries of functional objectives. * Drive innovation, idea validation, innovation funding, and customer engagement that leads to the development of top-tier AI platforms. * Manage functional support and maintenance of AI-related products and services delivered by the team. * Develop standard techniques used in everyday tasks and work with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space. * Productionize machine learning algorithms in predictive analytics, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assess their performance on real-world datasets. * Collaborate with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance, Coordinate with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews. **Required Capabilities and Abilities** * 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more. * 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. * Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Article Arranged Programming Configuration Examples. * Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, audio, and more) and SQL social and non-social datasets. * 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool. * Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, relational skills, and determination to complete responsibilities. * Strong systems integration engineering skills, capable of transforming new tech into business solutions. **Favored Capabilities** * Experience with Docker. * Experience with control frameworks. * Experience with Kubernetes. * Experience with cloud solutions in GCP or another cloud platform. * Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence. * Experience with Agile development techniques. * Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous development. * Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau). * Experience with audio analysis. * Experience with text analysis. **Education** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. * Preferred: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. **What We Offer** * A dynamic and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and collaboration. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development in a rapidly evolving industry. * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. * A competitive salary and bonus structure. * The chance to work on cutting-edge projects that will shape the future of arenaflex Encounters. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented individual who is passionate about AI and machine learning, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
