**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced and visionary leader to head our Adversarial Abuse/Analytics team. As a Senior Director, Global Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse on our platform. You will lead a team of experts in data analysis, machine learning, and content moderation to identify and address emerging threats, develop predictive models, and create data-driven insights to inform our content policies and moderation practices.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the Adversarial Abuse/Analytics team in identifying and mitigating adversarial abuse on our platform, including account takeovers, spam, and commitment misuse.
* Develop and implement strategies to prevent and address emerging threats, such as generative AI.
* Collaborate with the Strategy Development team to create policies and guidelines for content moderation and enforcement.
* Work closely with the Product Management and Design teams to develop and improve our content moderation tools and features.
* Manage and prioritize projects to meet business objectives and deadlines.
* Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including Product, Engineering, and Content teams.

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics).
* 4+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in content moderation, risk management, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
* Experience with SQL, R, and/or Matlab.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics).
* 2+ years of experience in investigation of large datasets and anomaly detection.
* Experience or demonstrated interest in adversarial abuse and mitigation.
* Strong understanding of content moderation policies and guidelines.
* Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
* Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS).
