Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes to create quality technical solutions. Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business strategies, and departmental standards. Manage time spans for planning, coding, testing, and implementing to guarantee solutions are delivered on time and within budget. Act as a resource to ensure effective communications among business and Innovation teams. Participate in systems and acceptance testing. Scope of work varies depending on the team assignment. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology). Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. Basic knowledge of data security and risk mitigation principles, concepts, and techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization. Preferred Qualifications Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm. Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). Basic knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement. Major comprehension of project management methodologies, including the ability to plan, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program. Coursework or experience connected with Cybersecurity. Past investigator internship experience within the last year. Experience solving business problems in a capstone or case competition. Skills and Competencies Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous projects under tight deadlines. Fast learner, self-motivated, team-oriented, with a good sense of humor. Functions well in a culture that is open, direct, respectful, kind, and empathetic. Exposure to Agile methodologies. Basic knowledge of technical environment.
