**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Network Protection Examiner Understudy, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes to deliver high-quality technical solutions
* Ensuring solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and departmental standards
* Managing timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementation to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget
* Serving as a resource to facilitate effective communication between business and Innovation teams
* Participating in system and acceptance testing
* Scope of work may vary depending on the team project
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, cybersecurity, information assurance)
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
* Fundamental knowledge of cybersecurity and threat mitigation standards, theories, and practices
* Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm preferred
* Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Administration, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) preferred
* Basic understanding of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement is preferred
* Major understanding of project management systems, including the ability to design, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program is preferred
* Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders is preferred
* Fundamental knowledge of technical environment is required
* Openness to Agile philosophies is preferred
* Coursework or experience related to cybersecurity is preferred
* Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines is required
* Past investigator entry-level position experience within the past year is preferred
* Experience resolving business issues in a capstone or case competition is preferred
* Functions well in a culture that is open, direct, transparent, gracious, and empathetic
* Fast learner, self-motivated, team-oriented, with a sense of humor
