If you're the type of person who thrives in a collaborative environment, is passionate about delivering exceptional service, and is eager to learn and grow, this role is perfect for you! **What You'll Do** As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Becoming a product expert and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and assistance to customers and colleagues * Taking charge of customer issues from start to finish, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or video conferencing * Resolving product or service issues by understanding the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution * Documenting and tracking customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using our CRM system * Gathering customer feedback and working directly with Product and Engineering teams to share insights to help improve products and services * Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product updates to provide accurate and consistent information to customers * Working well under time constraints and meeting schedules, at times with unexpected deadlines, to ensure client's needs are met * Delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction by going the extra mile in every interaction **What You'll Need** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree obtained within the last 12 months * Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills * Demonstrated experience problem-solving with attention to detail * Organizational skills and experience improving processes * Flexibility with changing job duties and responsibilities * Time management skills and ability to prioritize * Ability to work 9am-5:30pm PST * Must be located in PST or MDT **Additional Information** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer, committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here.
