As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist at Blithequark, you'll be an integral part of our customer support team, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver top-notch support through live chat, responding to customer inquiries, issues, and requests related to their orders. Resolve Customer Concerns: Efficiently and effectively address customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. Document and Track Interactions: Accurately document and track customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolution in our CRM system. Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, logistics, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution. Stay Up-to-Date with Products and Services: Continuously update your knowledge of Blithequark's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers. Analyze and Resolve Complex Issues: Analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions, escalating issues to senior support specialists when necessary. Contribute to Process Improvements: Participate in process improvement initiatives, providing feedback and suggestions to enhance customer support operations and overall customer experience. Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Experience: Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in an online environment. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including CRM systems and live chat platforms. Flexibility: Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate our 24/7 customer support operations. Familiarity with E-commerce: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and products is a plus, but not required. Preferred Qualifications Previous Experience in E-commerce: Previous experience in e-commerce or online retail is highly desirable. Multilingual Abilities: Multilingual abilities are an asset, as we serve a diverse customer base. Technical Support Experience: Technical support experience is preferred, but not required.
