Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior support specialists as needed. Provide product information, recommendations, and guidance to customers, ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience. Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong, lasting relationships through exceptional service and communication. Document customer interactions in our CRM system, maintaining accurate records and insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive customer-centric initiatives. Requirements & Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Strong written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing demands. Previous customer service experience preferred, but not mandatory. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Blithequark's products and services, or similar e-commerce platforms. Experience with CRM systems, live chat software, and other customer support tools. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
