Key Responsibilities: Managing order processing for customers using proprietary order entry systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Collaborating with customers, sales representatives, and sales management via phone and email to address queries and resolve issues. Handling incoming calls and emails from customers, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly. Demonstrating strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Working closely with technical support and collection personnel to expedite orders and resolve customer problems. Processing purchase orders and restocking inventory as needed. Ensuring timely and accurate order processing, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Maintaining relationships, gathering feedback, and following up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
