Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a remote work opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Job Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
Answer client questions and resolve issues related to prescription medication, mail-order prescriptions, and other healthcare-related topics
Use your knowledge and expertise to provide solutions that meet the client's needs and improve their overall experience
Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve complex issues and provide a seamless customer experience
Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory requirements to ensure the confidentiality and security of client information


Requirements

1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry
PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information


Preferred Qualifications

At least 6 months of experience in the healthcare industry
Knowledge of prescription medication, mail-order prescriptions, and other healthcare-related topics
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
