**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

**What You'll Need to Succeed**

* Previous sales or customer experience preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications will give you an edge in this role:

* Four-year degree from a four-year college or university (or) equivalent work experience; or a combination of education and experience.
* Knowledge of careerzynith programs, strategies, methods, and reservation systems is a plus.
* Ability to proficiently lead multiple tasks and deliver results simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with management, staff, and customers.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and reach conclusions.
