**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with internal teams, including Client Relationship Managers, to ensure seamless client experiences
* Utilize knowledge of our products and services to offer personalized recommendations and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and issues
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including response times, resolution rates, and client satisfaction scores
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
* Familiarity with and experience using Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel)
* Strong clerical skills, including data entry and document organization
* Basic computational skills, including converting fractions to decimals, division, multiplication, etc.
* Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
* Demonstrated ability to manage large volumes of emails from multiple accounts simultaneously
* Highly organized, self-starter, who is detail-oriented
* Friendly, professional, helpful, and willing to participate in various company activities
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience
* Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
