**Job Summary**

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth. You'll work closely with our team to identify opportunities for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes that enhance our customers' experiences. This is a remote-based position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home while being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels
* Resolve complex client issues, including those related to financial products and services
* Perform routine tasks, such as responding to requests, resolving issues, and providing a top-tier customer experience while adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines
* Collaborate with management, raise questions, and refer complex issues to senior staff
* Conduct analysis to determine moderately complex client issues, including consulting with other departments for issue resolution
* Work with experienced agents on complex issues
* Provide training and guidance to new hires and less experienced staff
* Respond to client requests and issues in a timely and professional manner

**Essential Qualifications**

* 6+ years of experience in evaluating and addressing client needs or resolving client issues, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, colleagues, and management in a professional and respectful manner
* Basic Microsoft Office skills
* Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information
* Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to learn business processes and cycles quickly

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on resolving complex issues
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with financial products and services
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
