**Job Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including telephone, email, and chat support. Your primary objectives will be to:

* **Telephone Support**: Provide professional, caring, and responsive support to customers via phone, ensuring that their questions are answered completely and commitments to perform research and follow-up are completed. Log all interactions, including information and resolution achieved, in the appropriate ticketing system.
* **Email & Chat Support**: Respond to and complete all assigned messages or contacts, addressing customer questions and issues in a timely and professional manner. Properly enter customer information and resolution in the appropriate ticketing system.
* **Skill Improvement**: Continuously strive to improve your cognitive and customer service skills, including proficiency with supported products, problem-solving ability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Stay up-to-date with support resources provided by the contact center and its clients.
* **Communication**: Provide feedback on support issues, resolutions, or suggestions to your immediate supervisor or department manager. Communicate trends, issues, and appropriate solutions to supervisors and management.
* **Support Coworkers**: Offer procedural advice and assistance to other representatives to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
* **Client Relationships**: Help maintain and ensure positive working relationships with support clients, adhering to the guidelines of the contact center and client policies and procedures.
* **Productivity**: Maintain departmental productivity standards while exhibiting accuracy in applicable ticketing systems.
