**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. **Key Responsibilities**
* Connect with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

**Requirements**
* 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure environment
* Proficiency in using computers and software applications, including CRM systems
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace
* High-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/10 Mbps+ upload speed)
* Reliable phone or tablet for two-factor authentication

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, psychology)
