Job Summary As a Customer Support Rep – Chat at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, engaging with customers through online conversations and representing our automotive dealer clients in a professional and favorable manner. Your primary goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Key Responsibilities Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, ensuring that you can provide accurate information to customers via online chat. Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review. Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that help our clients make informed decisions. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, address customer concerns, and drive continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; we're open to considering candidates with transferable skills and a passion for customer service. Basic internet and window-based computer skills; familiarity with chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus. Strong ability to multitask, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; gaming experience can be helpful in developing these skills. Positive and professional demeanor, with a warm and empathetic approach to customer interactions. Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a call center or customer support environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Familiarity with automotive industry products and services, or a willingness to learn. Certification in customer service or a related field, such as ICSS or HDI.
