**Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, addressing issues ranging from product questions to service-related concerns.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses.
* Assist both existing customers and potential new customers with their queries.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and expert support.
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service) preferred.
* 0-2 years of customer service experience, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
* Familiarity with careerzynith's products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise.
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)).
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
