**Key Responsibilities**

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat support. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Engaging with customers in real-time, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly via live chat software.
* Managing multiple chat interactions simultaneously with a professional and positive demeanor.
* Providing feedback on chat interactions and suggesting improvements to enhance the customer experience.
* Collaborating with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Contract Details**

* Flexible contract with no fixed end date.
* Rate: $35 per hour based on experience and performance.
* Access to a reliable internet connection and a device capable of running live chat software (smartphone, tablet, or laptop).
* Strong written communication skills with the ability to interpret customer needs effectively.
* No prior experience necessary; however, a customer-centric mindset is essential.
* Commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week, with the possibility to work up to 40 hours.
* Working Hours: Flexible part-time hours; you choose your schedule.
* Location: This is a fully remote position, welcoming applicants from across the United States.
