Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative – Inbound Messaging – Swedish (4605)

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Swedish and English
* Helping customers navigate the platform and troubleshoot technical issues
* Ensuring customers have the best possible listening experience
* Providing exceptional customer support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills
**Essential Qualifications**
* Strong desire to create a unique experience for each individual customer
* Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
* Ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
* Experience providing customer support via inbound web messages
* Ability to work with 3-5 customers at the same time
* Professional/business level proficiency in Swedish and English
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a customer-facing role
* Knowledge of music streaming services or similar industries
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
**Workspace Requirements**
* Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
* Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on your mobile device
* Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
* Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBS or greater
* 8 GB RAM or better
* Dual monitors highly recommended
**Additional Information**
* A Chromebook is not sufficient for careerzynith projects

**Work Schedule**
* 40 hours per week are required for the 8-week orientation period
* Orientation phase 1: 4 weeks, 4 AM - 1 PM
* Orientation phase 2: 4 weeks, self-scheduled between the hours of 7 AM - 10 PM
* Production: Daily, 7 AM - 10 PM
* Project Commitments:
+ 25 hours per week
+ 8 hours are required on Saturday and/or Sunday
+ 180 days (as needed by careerzynith)
