**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join our team, providing top-notch support to our clients through live chat, email, and phone interactions. As a key member of our Customer Care department, you'll be responsible for resolving customer issues, promoting our products and services, and building strong relationships with our clients. **Key Responsibilities**

* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
* Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to Online Chat Manager when appropriate
* Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
* Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
* Promote interest in client products and services
* Consistently achieve established standards of the position
* Continually portray and project a positive and professional image
* Provide administrative support to the customer service team
* May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or client-facing environment
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support through live chat, email, and phone interactions
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software, email management tools, and live chat platforms
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while also being part of a collaborative team environment
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with careerzynith's e-commerce platform and products
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics or Salesforce
* Strong knowledge of e-commerce trends, best practices, and industry standards
