**Experienced Full Stack Customer Success Manager – Japan Market Expansion**

Our culture is built around collaboration, innovation, and a passion for making software toolmaking ubiquitous. **About the Role** As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for driving adoption and expansion for a large portfolio of customers in Japan. You'll host onboarding, training, and working sessions to educate our customers and dig deep into new use cases of our platform. You'll also design and run at-scale Customer Success programs, creating and publishing digital resources to help our customers maximize their opportunity with arenaflex. **What You'll Achieve** * Drive adoption and expansion for a large portfolio of customers in Japan * Design and run at-scale Customer Success programs * Help build the foundations of Customer Success at arenaflex * Meaningfully shape our future product by gaining insights from customer engagement and working with our product team to inform what we do next * Elevate your skills as we tackle our most impactful challenges **Skills You'll Need to Bring** * 3+ years of experience at a fast-growing software company * A track record of success in your current Customer Success or Account Management role * Experience of managing a large volume of accounts * A growth mindset and thrive in the building stage of a nascent team * Motivated by seeing others succeed and grow when you partner with them * Highly adaptable, easily acclimating to a rapidly changing business and industry * Love getting to know new people and helping them solve their business problems * Native-level Japanese and business-level English **Nice to Haves** * Experience building Customer Success playbooks or processes * Experience in scaled program management or building adoption campaigns * Experience using arenaflex (our platform) * Curious about data and insights, with experience using Salesforce and Gainsight * First or early hire at a fast-growing start-up **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a collaborative and innovative work environment.
