We're passionate about using technology to make a positive impact on people's lives and are committed to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for: * Overseeing the design, development, and deployment of digital products and features that meet customer needs and exceed business objectives * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product managers, to ensure seamless execution and delivery * Translating customer feedback and insights into actionable product requirements and solutions * Driving technical solutions to complex problems, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance * Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and testing plans * Working closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize product roadmaps and feature sets * Identifying and mitigating technical risks, ensuring that products meet quality and security standards * Collaborating with QA teams to develop and execute testing plans, ensuring that products meet quality and security standards * Providing technical guidance and support to internal teams, including training and knowledge sharing * Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * Minimum 6 years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a focus on customer success, product development, and technical project management * Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards * Strong technical expertise in software development, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance * Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Experience with project management tools, including MS Project, Jira, and Asana * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate technical risks **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS and Azure * Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment * Experience with containerization, including Docker and Kubernetes * Experience with microservices architecture and design * Experience with API design and development * Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI * Experience with cybersecurity and threat modeling **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical expertise in software development, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate technical risks * Experience with project management tools, including MS Project, Jira, and Asana * Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban * Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS and Azure * Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment * Experience with containerization, including Docker and Kubernetes * Experience with microservices architecture and design * Experience with API design and development * Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI * Experience with cybersecurity and threat modeling **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
