**Experienced Full Stack Customer Success Implementation Manager – Enterprise Software Deployment and Onboarding**

As a key member of our Customer Success team, you'll play a vital role in driving execution with our most important customers and partners. If you're a project management expert with a passion for delivering integrated software solutions, we want to hear from you. **About the Role** As a Customer Success Implementation Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating cross-functionally across all departments within arenaflex, including Product, Engineering, Operations, Revenue, Finance, and Legal. You'll own the day-to-day project management of multiple deployments running simultaneously, ensuring that our customers receive a white-glove service and that deployments are completed on time. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify and understand project risks, and coordinate with respective teams to mitigate and resolve * Communicate and influence project planning, execution, and delivery * Oversee the planning, tracking, and completion of all project tasks throughout the customer or partner onboarding process, including: + Developing and delivering project plans and RAID logs based on templates + Providing ongoing deployment progress to management using relevant reporting tools and dashboards + Developing and overseeing project plans and leading regular project check-in meetings + Documenting, coordinating, and monitoring the progress of the customer or partner, including ensuring all requirements are met + Coordinating internal resources as required, driving project to release on time with high-quality + Preparing and coordinating client training; consulting and helping customers or partners understand product features and benefits + Transitioning customer or partner from sales to customer success or business development + Managing dependencies both within and across the company for multiple projects running simultaneously + Translating relevant, actionable information to be digestible by various audiences (project-level resources to executives) **What You Bring** * 3+ years of project management experience in a related industry or SAAS * Outstanding written/oral/presentation skills; comfortable communicating at multiple levels within an organization (executives to analysts) * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build diverse relationships and influence collaborative decision-making * Strong technical understanding of software systems at scale * Flexible and able to juggle and complete multiple priorities and projects (internally and externally) in a fast-paced environment **What You'll Get** * A fast-paced and collaborative environment * Learning and development allowance * Competitive compensation and opportunity for advancement * 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage * Up to $25K reimbursement for fertility, adoption, and parental planning services * Flexible PTO policy * Monthly wellness stipend, home office stipend At arenaflex, we believe in the power of a hybrid work environment to drive collaboration, innovation, and connection. In-office perks include lunch four times a week, a commuter stipend, and an abundance of snacks and beverages. **Compensation and Benefits** The base salary range for this role is $111,000 to $130,000 in San Francisco, CA. We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles, and each location where we hire may have a different range.
